Accessibility - Sala delle Asse

Castle Museums and Exhibitions are temporarily closed to the public until further notice in accordance with the Government decrees concerning urgent measures to halt the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.

 Visitors with motor disabilities

The Sala delle Asse, exceptionally reopened to the public on the occasion of the 500th anniversary of the death of Leonardo da Vinci, is accessible to visitors with reduced mobility, thanks to the presence of slides between one room and another in the Museum of Ancient Art.
Thanks to the presence of a slide and an elevator, they will also be able to climb the steps in the Sala delle Asse to get closer to the "monochrome" created by Leonardo da Vinci and admire it up close.

Visitors with visual disabilities

From 3rd June a guided tour for blind and partially-sighted visitors will be available in the Museum of Ancient Art. It will be an interactive tour with a specialized guide who encourage the use of your senses also by touching some ancient sculptures.
The calendar of events will be published shortly on this site.
