In compliance with the Prime Minister’s Decree of 2 nd March 2021 art. 14, admission to the exhibition will be restricted. 
From 6 August 2021, entrance is allowed only to visitors with a valid Green Pass  accompanied by an ID.  
Children under 12 and subjects with specific medical certification are exempt.

Access conditions

Reservation is not mandatory but strongly recommended in order to avoid long waiting time and be sure to be admitted. The admission tickets provide same entry to exhibition and museums, they can be reserved online, selecting the day and time slot, which corresponds to the time of entry to the exhibition. If you intend to visit the Castle Museums as well (last admission at 17), we recommend that you book your admission to the exhibition during the morning hours.

Groups can not exceed 20 participants (guide included) and the use of radioguide is mandatory.


People with physical disabilities can enter the exhibition through the Museo d’Arte Antica. The museum staff will indicate the entrance route.
